How can I check my balance?

You can check your postal uniform allowance balance & anniversary date by calling Citibank at 1-800-287-5003. We recommend verifying your balance before placing an order, to ensure proper processing. The uniform allowance changes every year, it's also dependent on what craft you are. Your postal allowance may also be different depending on when your anniversary date is in a particular year.

I've just received my postal uniform allowance card what should I do?

Call Citibank at 1-800-287-5003 immediately to activate your card. Once your card is activated, you can begin purchasing your approved postal uniform items licensed postal uniform vendors. You can find a full list of officially licensed postal uniform vendors on the official USPS list at LiteBlue

What happens if my card balance isn't enough?

We accept any personal credit card or debit card to pay the remaining balance on your order. However, you'll still need to provide your Uniform Allowance Purchase Card (UAPC) during checkout. The USPS Uniform Program mandates that all officially licensed postal uniform vendors (of which PostalVendor.com is, of course) identify eligible postal employees by their valid UAPCs.
