Is a licensed postal uniform store?

Yes, we are! We’ve been proudly servicing & supporting postal/USPS employees since 1998. 

We’re based in Queens, NY and ship to all 50 states. Our vendor license # is 24601.

Do you offer postal uniform discounts?

We offer discounts on USPS/postal uniforms and we deal directly with postal uniform discounters. We pass the savings along to our customers. We also offer discounts on postal uniform bundle & package deals. We accept postal uniform allowances & allotments and provide postal uniforms discounted.

I've just placed an order. When will I receive it?

We always ship orders as soon as possible. We always ship via USPS. If your order is expected to ship after 10 business days, we will contact you for a solution.

If you place an item that is out of stock or backordered, we will communicate an estimated time for shipment.

Will I be able to track my order?

Of course! Once your order is shipped we’ll provide a tracking update via e-mail. We know how excited you’ll be to receive your new gear, so we want to make this process as enjoyable as possible.

Help! I need to change my order.

Please e-mail us immediately at with your order confirmation number, and we will try to help as best we can.

What if an item is out of stock?

We have a retail location that is fully stocked with postal uniforms. 

However, on rare instances an item will be out of stock. We will contact you at your e-mail address on file to offer a solution.

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns within 30 days, on only new, unworn, & unaltered items, with all original tags in place. Please contact us directly and we will figure out a returns solution that works for you.

Do you charge for shipping?

All orders over $75 have free shipping, with free tracking.

Otherwise, we charge $8 for shipping for orders shipped to the contiguous 48 states. Orders shipped to Alaska & Hawaii have a $20 shipping fee. Every order comes with tracking included.

Is your site secure?

Yes, absolutely! uses an SSL-certificate that ensures all of your data & personal information is encrypted.  

Do you charge for hemming & alternations?

Pants can be hemmed free of charge, we provide this complimentary alteration as a service for our customers. Please list your preferred pant length in the notes section of your order. Pants hemmed less than 28" are not able to be refunded, returned, or exchanged, sorry!

Do you accept CCA vouchers?

Yes! We accept CCA vouchers by e-mail or phone. We've created a complete guide on how to buy postal uniforms online using your CCA voucher.

How can I check my postal uniform allowance/allotment balance?

You can check your postal uniform allowance balance & anniversary date by calling Citibank at 1-800-287-5003.

What if my balance isn't enough?

You can pay with your personal credit/debit card. However, during the checkout process we still require that you provide your Uniform Allowance Purchase Card (UAPC) #, as we're still required to verify your employment & eligibility.
